THE NEW pure strives to deliver within Europe in 3-7 business days.
If you wish to return your product, please send us an email at email@example.com, before returning the package.
Please return the package in the same condition as received. It is important that the original packaging is not damaged. We reserve the right to reject a package, if the product's packaging is damaged and cannot be resold.
In the package, please enclose the invoice, a brief explanation of the return or information on the exchange to another product.
Please note that your withdrawal period is 30 days when you shop online. The cancellation deadline is complied if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.
If you refuse to receive your item upon delivery, we reserve the right to charge a fee for any expenses we may have had in returning the item.
Then please send the package to our warehouse.
You have 30 days with full right of returning the goods. The cancellation deadline runs from the day you received the products.

You receive an email when your order is processed and the money is refunded to the payment card the transaction is completed on.
Returning any product, will be at your own risk. Just send the item back as a package or in a sample envelope. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are packed properly. Remember to get a receipt for the return shipment.
If you regret a purchase, we will refund the payment received from you including any delivery costs. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your cancellation notice. However, we can withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned or until you have submitted proof that the goods have been returned. We make such a refund with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
When you shop at THE NEW pure you have a 24-month warranty. This means that you can either get the goods exchanged or the money back depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item.
I received a damaged package - what do I do?
You must refuse the receipt of the package. If the package is delivered, please contact us at email@example.com for further agreement.
I have received a wrong product - how do I proceed?
